People who struggle with making decisions can benefit from artificially limiting their choices. Narrowing a choice down to a few options might feel scary at first - "But don't I have to consider all of them?" But often simply making a choice - any choice - results in greater peace of mind than leaving multiple decisions unmade or failing to decide at all.
