That's for sure! I tell my clients that all the time. I tell them they may not think all that scrolling is making them depressed, but ask them to just try staying off it for a week. Invariably it makes a positive difference.

I see time spent on social media as the equivalent of locking yourself in a "comparison chamber." So unhealthy.
